I'm from Jersey and I've never heard of a pizzeria to close at 9 .they deliver on nights when they feel like it Oh and another thing, what they call a calzone is nothing more than a pizza turn over. A calzone has riggata cheese in it. also it is not supposed to be sliced up. also a real Philly cheese steak isn't because of the steak , it's how it's cooked, the roll has to be crispy on the outside and soft in middle, onions cooked with steak.November 24, 2016
